aipat.ch· patching the gaps in AI
23 April 2026 intro

About this site.

Why this site exists, and how to get in touch.

I’m a software developer. I’ve been around the block. Like a lot of people I was sceptical of AI when it first showed up, and I’m still sceptical of plenty of it. I leaned in anyway, and the result is that I’ve been able to really change my development process.

AI does have real issues when you ask it to write software at scale. It guesses, it forgets, it sometimes drops features you care about. The fix is the obvious one once you accept the team analogy: tests for everything, shared memory so the bots learn from each other, real-environment harnesses, a gate at the door. None of it is novel. Applying it to AI is.

This site is somewhere to share some of the things I’ve made, and how the pieces fit together. If it’s useful to you, great. If you’re an employer who likes what you see, get in touch.
